9:00am - 2:30pm Registration Fair
Phi Sigma Sigma can't wait to see you at Convention 2015! When you arrive, we will be stationed on the third floor of the hotel at our Registration Fair. Meet up with sisters and Create your Own Mardi Gras Mask, visit all eight of the vendors in the Phi Sig Shop for a chance at a raffle, learn more about all of the amazing things the Foundation does at their brand new Foundation Station, and get ready for a great weekend with sisters.
9:00 am - 11:00 am VIP City Bus Tour
For those who have registered, the VIP Ultimate City Excursion is a unique and informative sightseeing tour of New Orleans that combines the history, beauty, and splendor of New Orleans with an up close view of the devastating aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. The bus will pick up and drop off at the hotel.
10:00am - 12:00pm Walking Cemetery Tour
For those who have registered, learn why New Orleans buries their dead above ground! As you stroll through St. Louis Cemetery, venture through centuries of history and unlock the mysteries surrounding the bizarre but true tales. You will visit the tomb of Voodoo Queen Marie Laveau, as well as many of New Orleans' most notable celebrities.
2:30pm - 4:30pm Convention Kickoff: Opening Session
Grand Archon Alicia Scott will kickoff opening session, followed by our guest speaker Mari Ann Callais. Mari Ann (a New Orleans resident) will be sure to empower and encourage, and will end her session with a history of the rich New Orleans culture.
4:30pm – 5:30pm Second Line
The Opening Session will be followed by a Second Line Parade, a fun New Orleans tradition. As we pass out beads, bring your Mardi Gras masks and join the line to the Riverwalk right outside of our hotel. We will be accompanied by the Kinfolk six-piece Jazz Band, and you can enjoy a slice of some delicious king cake, another New Orleans tradition.
6:00pm Free Time
After the Second Line, registration will reopen for one hour for those who were unable to register before the Opening Session.
7:00pm Foundation Donor Event
As an appreciation of generosity, the Foundation will host a donor event on Thursday evening for a special recognition of all giving society members. Foundation giving societies include Society of the Sphinx, Power of 100, 1913 Society, and GOLD. To join a giving society, please contact Laura Landry at firstname.lastname@example.org.
8:00pm – 10:00pm Walking Ghost Tour
For those who have registered, this is the real deal! REAL hauntings. REAL history. Expect to be amazed! The New Orleans Ghost Tour is the premier walking tour on the French Quarter hauntings and the paranormal!
9:00pm – 10:00pm Café Du Monde
For those who have registered, walk to the world-famous Café Du Monde for a late night snack with sisters. These famous beignets will be a delightful end to a great first day in New Orleans.

8:00am – 9:00am Voting Machine Pickup
Get to the Voting Machine Pick-Up early and beat the lines before breakfast begins. Pickup will take place at the Registration Booths on the third floor.
9:00am – 10:00am Breakfast
A traditional plated breakfast will be severed promptly at 9:00am in the Versailles Ballroom. Come to breakfast dressed in your Plenary whites and fuel up for an exciting day!
10:00am – 5:30pm Plenary
Plenary is Phi Sigma Sigma’s business meeting run by Grand Archon Alicia Scott, where dues-paying sisters will have an opportunity to vote for Supreme Council, and voting delegates will vote on bylaws changes and resolutions.

7:00pm – 10:00pm Dinner with the Phi Sigma Sigma Foundation
Join us at the world famous House of Blues for some traditional New Orleans cuisine! Celebrate the night with fellow collegiate and alumnae sisters in thanking Foundation donors and learning about the impact of these important gifts.

8:00am – 10:00am Phit Fest
Phit-Fest is an opportunity for Convention attendees to take a break and nourish their mind, body and soul. Participants can energize with Zumba, find inner peace during yoga, relax with a 10-minute chair massage, learn about top health issues facing women and win great prizes. Sign up at registration for a chair massage time slot, and don’t forget to buy a Phit Pack or Phit Pack Deluxe for someone special Phit Fest gear! A light breakfast will be served.
10:00am – 12:30pm
Phi Sigma Sigma will be offering you an opportunity to get a professional head shot taken. This is on a first-come-first-serve basis. Make sure to sign up at the registration booths during voting machine pick-up.
11:00am – 12:15pm Lunch
Come to lunch in your best Ritual attire and share a family style lunch with the sisters at your table.
12:30pm – 2:00pm Ritual
A new ceremony will be conducted at this very special Ritual meeting. In addition, Past Grand Archons Judith Distler, Chris Senseney, and Sandy Grossman will install Phi Sigma Sigma’s 2015-2017 Supreme Council.
2:00pm – 4:30pm “SistersLead” Programming
SistersLead is an interactive leadership development workshop for Phi Sigma Sigma collegians and alumnae. The workshop develops the confidence and skills of participants to take next steps on their own personal leadership path. Please plan to participate in the pre-conference activities, which will be emailed out on July 6.
4:30pm – 5:15pm Break
Take a quick break to freshen up and dress up for the Sphinx Banquet.
5:15pm – 5:45pm Sphinx Banquet Transportation
Motor coach transportation is being provided to take Convention attendees to this year’s Sphinx Banquet at the astounding Mardi Gras World! Busses will leave from the hotel at 5:15, 5:30, and 5:45. Don’t miss your ride!
5:30pm – 9:30pm Sphinx Banquet
Phi Sigma Sigma will celebrate sisterhood at Mardi Gras World, home to a studio that creates, preserves, and stores real Mardi Gras floats. Enjoy walking through the “float den” to a very special cocktail reception. All to be followed by a delicious dinner and a great program to wrap up Convention!
