Phi Sigma Sigma's Delta Theta Chapter was the first sorority on campus to receive a house. August 21, 2001 was the exciting day that sisters moved in together. The house was built in 1918
and once served as a residence for staff of the Meadow Brook farm. During the summer of 2012, our house received many
more renovations, including a new kitchen. We also recently got new letters for the front of our house!
Our house is located on Adams Road conveniently right across from Oakland University's campus. There are currently three other houses on Greek Row. "449" is a two-story 2,000 square feet sorority house. Seven sisters are allowed to live in 449 at one time. Our house has three bathrooms, four bedrooms, a loft, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, and a basement. We even have a barbecue grill behind our house.

From the inside looking out, you can't describe it"
