Phi Sigma Sigma Leadership Conferences (LCs) are designed to bring together leaders from all chapters within one or more communities for specialized programming and training. The focus of LCs is leadership development for executive officers and other sisters interested in emerging as chapter leaders. Phi Sigma Sigma believes that every member contributes to the success of her chapter and the future success of Phi Sigma Sigma.
