Our Sisterhood is quite unique compared to other organizations on campus. Our new program is four weeks long, with each focusing on a core value. During this time new members will be given a sapphire sister as a mentor, confidant and a continuous support system throughout your lifetime. To build and grow our sisterhood we have many events such as,retreats each semester, Sister lunches, Sapphire Sister dinners, Phiesta,Diversity Dinner, going to the beach, Spring Break trips, and even as simple as late night Walmart or Waffle House Excursions. During our informal chapters,our Sunshine chair chooses a theme for the night in advance so that sisters can learn distinctive attributes about each other, some themes include: Dress for your future career day, favorite holiday, favorite sports team, and favorite color.
